East Palestine-

March 7, 1947- October 31, 2026

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of a beloved man who departed this life at Beaver Medical Center following an illness. Son of the late Harold and Norma Floor, he was a retired machinist from Koppel Steel. He was also a verteran of the U.S. Navy and a proud member of Allen Lodge #276 for many years.

He had a deep appreciation for nature and found peace and happiness in the beauty of God’s creation. He was a simple man who found joy in the outdoors or simply taking in the beauty of the family and laughter around him. The memories, laughter, lessons, and love he leaves behind will forever be treasured by those who knew him.

While his passing leaves an immeasurable void, his love and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He leaves behind a brother Carol (Ladonna) Floor of Pittsburgh, PA and a sister Alice (Elmer) Steele of Rogers, OH. His lifelong girlfriend, Judy Stuckey of South Beaver Twp , PA

Two daughters Melissa (Shelby) Moffett of Negley, OH and Tami (Bob) Hostetter of Negley, OH; seven grandchildren, Ashley (Matthew) Floor of East Palestine, OH, Dakota (Heather) Cooper of East Liverpool, OH, Kelly Cooper of Leetonia, OH, Kyle Melott of Rogers, OH, Monica (Joey) Jackson of Rogers, OH, Jessica Melott of Rogers, OH and Tristan (Alysa) Moffett of Enon Valley, PA and 16 great grandchildren.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. Until we meet again, may you rest peacefully in the presence of the Lord.
