Ethel Marie "Toots" Haskins, 94, of East Palestine, passed away early Thursday morning April 18, 2019 at the Covington Community Campus where she had been a patient following a brief illness.
She was born December 22, 1924 in Salem, a daughter of the late George P. and Ethel (Woodward) Lozier. She graduated from Salem High School. She married Floyd J. "Doc" Haskins, September 26, 1946, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Sondra (Terry) Feezle of East Palestine; a son, James (Cynthia) Haskins of Mooresville, NC; sister, Mary Louise Copeland of Richmond, VA; granddaughters, Theresa and Marie Feezle of Cleveland, a grandson, Matthew Haskins of Washington, DC and a great granddaughter, Sadie Feezle of Cleveland.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and George Lozier of Salem and sisters Grace Thoma and Anna Mae Phillips from Clearwater and Mt. Dora, Florida.
Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27th, at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.
