East Palestine-

Todd Wylie, 58, passed away October 20, 2025, at St. Elizabeths Health Center in Boardman following a lengthy illness.

He was born February 7, 1967, in Salem, OH, son of the late Gary and Ruth Slagle Wylie.

Todd has been a longtime resident of East Palestine and was a graduate of East Palestine High School. He worked for many local businesses doing odd jobs as a laborer.

Todd is survived by two sisters, Starr Clemmer and Tina Wylie, his aunt Donna Davis and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Following Todd's wishes, no services will be observed.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
