Thomas C. Bowker, Jr., 62, a lifelong resident of New Waterford, passed away at his home September 5, 2021.

Tom was born July 27, 1959 in Salem, OH, son of Thomas, Sr. and Joyce Beiling Bowker.

Tom was a 1978 graduate of Crestview High School and worked as a Truck Driver and also maintenance for Col-Pump for many years. He was owner/operator of Bowmack's Bar in New Waterford as well. When not working, Tom enjoyed fishing, boating, and watching NASCAR.

Tom is survived by his parents, Tom Sr., and Joyce Bowker of New Waterford; stepsons; David Mackall of Chippewa, J.D. (Angie) Mackall of New Waterford; stepdaughter, Samantha (Johnny) Todd of New Waterford; two brothers, Brent (Mary) Bowker of Poland and Corey (Michelle) Bowker of New Waterford; two grandchildren, Riley and Mackenzie Mackall and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Stanley Bowker in 2016 and his son, Jeremy Bowker in 2014.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Pat Smith officiating. A private burial will take place at a later date in New Waterford Cemetery.
