Tammy DeLight McGinnis, 63, passed away November 5, 2024, at Parkside Nursing and Rehab, where she has resided for the past 12 years.

Tammy was born in Youngstown on March 11, 1961, daughter of the late Samuel A. McGinnis, Jr. and Joan Fry McGinnis.

She was a graduate of South Range High School and MCCTC. She worked for the former TLC as a blueprint artist.  Tammy enjoyed playing bingo and making jewelry.

She is survived by her brother, Dale (Kathy) McGinnis of East Palestine.

A private burial will be held in North Lima at a later date.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
