Shirley M. Martin, 84, passed away January 20, 2023, at St. Elizabeth's Health Center in Boardman.

She was born April 7, 1938 in Signal, OH, daughter of the late Nathaniel and Edria Butler Martin.

Shirley was a lifelong resident of the area and worked as a secretary and co-owner of Kyser Fence Company. She previously worked for Hansel's clothing store and Nemetz Foods.

Shirley is survived by a brother, John (Ellen) Martin of Columbus, OH and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, James, Harmon, William Martin as well as Sug Butler and a sister, Pat Martin.

Following Shirley's wishes, no services will be observed.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
