East Palestine-

Sherry L. Felger, 69, a lifelong resident of East Palestine and New Waterford, passed away March 20, 2021 at Covington Skilled Nursing in East Palestine.

Sherry was born July 14, 1951 in Salem, OH, daughter of the late Vincent and Jean Rylott Allcorn.

She was a 1969 graduate of East Palestine High School. Sherry had been employed previously at INSUL as a Secretary for a number of years. She also formerly served as mayor of New Waterford, enjoyed golf, gardening and crafting.

Sherry is survived by her husband of 47 years, Kim Felger; two sons, David Felger of Harrisburg, PA and Robert Felger of New Waterford; brother, Tom (Leslie) Allcorn of East Palestine; sister, Anna Stewart of East Palestine as well as three grandchildren.

Following Sherry's wishes, no public services will be observed at this time.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
