Sally M. Lewis, 55, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away September 1, 2017 at the Salem Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Salem, OH July 31, 1962, daughter of Paul and Vera Kiehl Lewis.

Sally graduated from East Palestine High School, and worked as a waitress at C&L Pizza and Hubbard's Restaurant. She enjoyed motorcycle riding, horseback riding and spending time with her daughter and granddaughter.

Sally is survived by her daughter, Shawna Lewis; granddaughter, Mackenzie Davis; mother, Vera "Betts" Lewis; two brothers, Roger Lewis and Gary Lewis; a sister, Mary Boyles as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Lewis.

The family will receive friends 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Friday September 8, 2017 at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford with Bob Helbeck officiating.

Memorial contributions can be made in lieu of flowers to the family to help offset final financial expenses.
