Robert E. "Ram" Ramsayer, Jr., 64, a lifelong resident of New Waterford, passed away February 9, 2021 at his home surrounded by family and friends.

Robert was born January 7, 1957 in Salem, OH, son of Robert Sr. and Betty Mills Ramsayer.

He was a 1975 graduate of Crestview High School. Ram was an accomplished drummer and an avid Drag and Stock Car fan. He most recently was employed as a truck driver for JASAR Recycling for a number of years prior to his battle with cancer.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Jean Ramsayer of New Waterford; two brothers, Carl (Kathy) Ramsayer of Ava, IL, Jack Ramsayer of Madison, WV; two sisters, Carolyn (Dave) Wukotich of Virginia Beach, VA, Cathy Hubbs of Canton, OH; numerous nieces and nephews and his longtime best friend, Ron Crubaugh.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, Sr.; a brother, Jerry Ramsayer in 2020 and a sister, Robin Zellers in 2015.

Following Roberts wishes, no services will be held.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
