It is with great sadness that the family of Rob Houser, announces his passing after a brief illness, on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the age of 65. Rob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of over forty years, Judi, his mother, Pearl, and his daughter, Krista (David) Cartwright. Rob will also be missed by his two granddaughters, Lanie and Duffy Cartwright; along with several nieces and nephews, and he loved them all.

Rob was preceded in death by his father, Bud Houser; his sister, Cindy; his nephew, Timm Needs; and his best friend, William Gorby.

Rob spent over forty years as an owner operator truck driver, recently retiring but he continued on as a truck driver in the oil industry. He loved driving truck and telling stories of his many adventures. Many friends and family members will miss hearing those stories.

There are no calling hours. Rob was always about the celebration. Please join us for a Celebration of Life Service for his family and friends to be held upstairs of the East Palestine Moose Lodge on Saturday, November 10, 2018 beginning at 3:00 p.m. Food donations may be brought to the Moose the day of the service.
