East Palestine    Michele F. Conner, 74, of West Main Street, passed away at 6:05 a.m., Friday, August 30, 2018 at the Christian House where she had resided for the past several months.

Mrs. Conner was born February 3, 1944 in Salem, a daughter of the late James and Vera Young Ford, and was a life resident of the community.  She had at one time been employed with J & J Trucking as a secretary, as well as having been with NRM.

She was a member of the Mt. Calvary Community Church.

Her husband, James E. Conner, whom she married June 25, 1988, preceded her in death on September 22, 2005.  A sister, Sandra Spencer, as well as two brothers, Andrew and James Ford had also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Conner is survived by two sons, Michael Henderson, with whom she resided, and Dan Dennison, East Palestine, and five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Burns Memorial Chapel, Glenview Cemetery.   Officiating will be Pastor Cindy Figley of the Negley United Methodist Church.   The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, August 31 at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home.
