Lawrence "Larry" Stanley Kell II, 70, of New Waterford, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at his home with his family by his side.

Larry was born August 15, 1954 in Salem, Ohio to the late George and Florence Lucille (Norton) Kell.

He was a graduate of East Palestine High School  and it was there where he met his soulmate and wife of 44 years. Larry spent his life enjoying his family, coaching his daughters' softball teams, and fishing Lake Nippissing in North Bay, Ontario with his dad and nephews. He also enjoyed playing the organ, bowling, and tormenting his wife. After retiring, Larry and Vickie loved to go on adventures, spending countless weekends at Niagara Falls, ON and Dunkirk, NY.

He is survived by two daughters, Stacie (Mark) McCurdy and Erin (Justin) Pflueger; two sisters, Gloria Ward and Sally (Jim) Tusar; grandchildren, Blaine, Kaiden, Chase, Evan, Lane, Jake, Reece, JJ, and Elizabeth; and several nieces and nephews

Besides his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Buchecker Kell, in 2019.

Per Larry's wishes, no services will be held at this time.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine.
