Larry J. Horn, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Covington Community Campus, following a brief illness.

Larry was born June 13, 1949 in Salem, OH, son of the late James "Bud" and Janet Weschenmoser Horn.

He was a 1967 graduate of East Palestine High School, served in the US Navy, and was a Vietnam veteran. Larry worked as a Truck Driver for over 35 years prior to his retirement.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Donna (Norton); five children and thirteen grandchildren; and a sister, Nancy (Jim) Ruscoe.

Following Larry's wishes, no services will be observed at this time.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
