East Palestine-

June L. Buhecker, 92, a lifetime resident of the area, passed away May 13, 2017 at the Vista Center in Lisbon where she had been a resident.

June was born July 8, 1924 in North Lima, daughter of the late Glenn and Mabel Horn Wisler.

She enjoyed sewing and crocheting, but most especially spending time with her grandsons.

June was preceded in death by her husband in 2001; Raymond "Pudy" whom she married in 1946; a brother, James "Bud" Horn; two sisters, Bernice Boyer and Miriam "Curly" Thompson.

She was survived by her son; Michael (Gayle) Buhecker of Leetonia and two grandsons; Trent (Natalie) Buhecker and Kyle (Stefanie) Buhecker; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Following Junes wishes, a private burial will take place alongside her husband in Salem Reformed Cemetery in Unity Township.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Vista Center in Lisbon as well as Crossroads Hospice for all the compassion and care they showed to their loved one.
