Joyce L. Hampson, 76, of Enon Valley, passed away September 24, 2026, at Covington Skilled Nursing in East Palestine with her husband by her side.

She was born December 30, 1949, in Smithdale, PA, daughter of the late Dominic and Julia (Benculic) Lucchini.

Joyce was a longtime resident of Enon Valley. She was employed at St. Frances and Jameson Hospital as a Nursing and Physical Therapy Aide for over 20 years prior to retirement. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking, local traveling and spending time with her family, most especially her grandchildren.

Joyce is survived by her husband of 57 years, Stanford Hampson; three sons, Lee (Chris) Hampson, Chad (Autumn) Hampson, Matt (Lynne) Hampson as well as eight grandchildren, Christian, Sara, Maya, Milo, Macy, Julia, Mathew and Isaac and a great granddaughter, Lily.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday October 3, 2026, at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine with her son, Chad Hampson delivering the eulogy. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 2:00-3:00 PM.

The family wishes to thank the staff and residence at Covington for the loving care and friendship they showed to Joyce the past several years.
