John "Jack" A. Pickens, 79, passed away March 16, 2022 at Parkside Healthcare Center following a brief illness.

Jack was born June 29, 1942 in Aliquippa, PA, son of the late John Alvin, Sr. and Larue Saveno Pickens.

Jack worked as a vendor for Snyder of Berlin prior to his retirement. He enjoyed selling at flea markets and attending auctions.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sharyn Pickens; eight children, John, Scott, Eric and Douglas, Rebekah and Jessica Pickens, Jeff and Todd Olson; two brothers, Raymond and Arthur; two sisters, Sarah and Donnie; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and his beloved cat, Bubba.

Jack was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise Pickens.

Following Jacks wishes, no services will be observed.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
