Enon Valley-

JoAnn Weaver, 82, passed away August 13, 2026, at the Allegheny Hospital Beaver County.

She was born on January 27, 1944, in New Castle, PA, daughter of the late Joe and Anna (Hedgeline) O'Neil.

JoAnn was a lifelong resident of Enon Valley. She was a faithful member of the East Palestine Church of Christ, where she served in the Caring Hands Ministry. Joann worked as a nurse's aide for Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle for a number of years prior to retirement.

JoAnn is survived by her husband of 55 years, Terry Weaver; three sons, Randell (Candy) Weaver of Weirton, WV, Rick Weaver of New Castle and Richard Weaver of East Palestine; a daughter, Roxanne (Brian) Ragle of Texas; two brothers, Andy (Mary) O'Neil and Smitty (Wanda) O'Neil; two sisters, Laura (Marty) Logan and Maxine Guminski; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Nicole, Samuel, Zoe, Skylor, Kara, Taylor as well as three great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Saturday Aug. 22, 2026, at the First Church of Christ in East Palestine from 2:00-4:00 PM. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM with Pastor Bill Requardt officiating.
