JoAnn "Jo" Parke, 64, passed away June 26, 2025, unexpectedly at St. Elizabeth's Health Center in Youngstown.

JoAnn was born March 31, 1961, daughter of the late Robert Orton and Jeannette Beebe Pierce.

JoAnn was born and raised in the North East, PA, prior to moving to Boardman a number of years ago. She worked for Fred's Pharmacy in Salem for over 20 years as a Pharmacy Tech prior to her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and collecting Coca Cola memorabilia.

JoAnn is survived by her husband, Dick Parke of Boardman; a son, Chad Pierce of Pittsburgh; two daughters, Stacy Pierce and Jodi Lynch both of Lisbon; two step sons, Carl and Ryan Parke; two brothers, Kurt (Libby) Orton and Robert (Crystal) Orton, both of North East, PA and nine grandchildren, Issac, Chris, Nate, Reagan, Ian, Natalie, Carlee, Layla and Owen.

She was preceded in death by an uncle, Larry Beebe and her grandfather, Carl Bebee.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine, OH. A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM  Thursday at the Greenfield Baptist Church, 9028 Williams Rd. North East, PA 16428. The family will receive friends prior to services at the church from 12:00-1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest privately alongside family at North East Cemetery.
