Jenny L. Dailey, 84, passed away July 20, 2025, at home with family by her side.

Jenny was born December 9, 1940, in Wellsville, OH, daughter of the late Robert and Doris Glazer Sheely.

She was a lifelong resident of East Palestine and a 1958 graduate of East Palestine High School. Jenny worked as a pre-school teacher at Centenary United Methodist Church for 27 years until the school closed, then went on to work in the office for two years before retiring in 1994. She was past president of the East Palestine Garden Club and volunteered countless hours at the East Palestine Public Library, where she assisted with the "Chinese auction" for a number of years. She enjoyed golfing and dancing.

Jenny is survived by two sons, Richard Dailey of East Palestine, Robert Dailey of New Waterford; a daughter, Christine (Pete) Smith of Salem; a sister, Debbie Snyder and a brother, Jeff (Sophia) Sheely.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Paul Dailey in 2023 and a brother, Robert Sheely.

Following Jenny's wishes, no services will be observed. A private interment will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford at a later date.
