East Palestine-

Jeanna E. Cooper, 57, passed away October 20, 2025. at her home following a lengthy illness.

Jeanna was born in Montgomery, PA, daughter of Joe and Judy Goggin Cooper.

She has resided the past 11 years in East Palestine, having lived in Rice Landing, PA prior. Jeanna was a graduate of Black Hawk High School and also received a bachelor's in science from Penn State, a master's degree in computer systems from the University of Phoenix, as well as a masters in competitive intelligent systems and a doctorate in information systems and communications from Robert Morris. She was a proud veteran of the US Air Force and a member of the Assembly of God Church. She worked for Consol Energy in the oil and gas industry prior to her cancer diagnosis. She excelled in everything she did. She enjoyed fashion, animals, and bass fishing. Family was very important to Jeanna throughout her life, especially the relationships with her parents, Joe and Judy and brothers, Jonathan and Joel.

Jeanna is survived by her best friend and love, Marc Neeley, who she spent the last eleven years with. She is also survived by her mother, Judy Cooper of Columbia, SC; two brothers, Joel (Matt) Cooper of London, England and Jonathan (Michelle) Cooper of Columbia, SC and a nephew, Chris Cooper.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Cooper.

Following Jeanna's wishes, no services will be observed.
