East Palestine-

Janice Rae Mulch, 88, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away August 16, 2021 at Vibra Hospital in Boardman.

Janice was born July 7, 1933 in Warren, OH, daughter of the late Harry and Alma Wilson McIntosh.

She worked as a secretary/payroll clerk for Herriott Trucking and later Insul for a number of years prior to her retirement. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and the ESA Sorority. Janice enjoyed rooting for the Bulldogs, Buckeyes, and the Steelers.

Janice is survived by three sons, Greg (Cindy) Mulch of San Antonio, TX, Brian Mulch of East Palestine, Brad Mulch of East Palestine; five grandchildren, Nick, Jessica, Brian, Stacey and Mandy; 13 great grandchildren and two sisters-in-law, Lois Sutherin and Louise Pegg.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Robert in 2015; stepfather, Norman T. Huffman; stepbrother, Maj. Russell Huffman; stepsister, Grace Donahue; Brother-in-law, Charles McKinght and a great grandson, Asher.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. The funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home with interment to follow at Glenview Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Continuing Healthcare in Boardman as well as Caprice and Vibra for all the loving care the nurses and staff showed to Janice.
