Salem-

Janice Coblentz Ice, 65, passed away March 16, 2021 at St. Elizabeth's Health Center in Youngstown following a brief illness.

Janice was born August 28, 1955 in Salem, OH, daughter of the late Harry and Ethel Hough Coblentz.

She was a lifelong resident of Columbiana County having resided in East Palestine and East Liverpool, prior to moving to Salem in recent years. She was a graduate of East Palestine High School and attended YSU. Janice worked at the Plaza and the Bulldog Café and previously worked for Attorney King in East Liverpool as a Secretary. She attended the First United Presbyterian Church of East Palestine.

Janice is survived by a daughter, Ashley Fraser; sister, Carol Lippincott of Minerva; brother Wilbur (Gerri) Coblentz of East Palestine and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ralph Coblentz and a brother-in-law, Neil Lippincott.

A memorial service will be held Saturday March 27, at 7:00 P.M. at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine with Pastor Pat Smith officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
