Jane Moreira, 83, passed away October 10, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman.

Jane was born July 30, 1943, daughter of the late Lewis “Buck” and Ruby (Arthurs) Noel.

She worked most of her life as a homemaker taking care of her family. She enjoyed building puzzles and spending time with family.

Jane is survived by three children, Brenda (Dave) McCormick of Arizona, Penny Melott, of Columbiana and Bryan White of East Palestine; a sister, Patricia Stamp of Columbiana and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Downey, granddaughter, Heather Kirtley, three brothers, Cecil Guy, James Noel, Raymond Noel, Robert Noel and a sister, Helen Cresanto.

A funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday October 14, 2026, at Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine with Judy Noel officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 10-11 AM.
