James Ira McKee, 67, died April 19, 2021 at Bryn Mawr hospital in Bryn Mawr, PA near his home

in Newtown Square, PA after a short illness.

Mr. McKee was born August 31, 1953 in New Castle, PA.  He honorably served his country in the

United State Marine Corp from 1971 until 1980.  He was the CEO of Paradigm Manufacturing,

Devine TX from 1995 to 2002, he later moved back to PA, to continue his career in business,

development, specializing in avionics.

He was the son of the late James Clive and Dorothy (Gibb) McKee of Enon Valley PA, his sister,

Linda (McKee) Rhodes of East Palestine, OH and was also preceded in death by his step-son

James Geist, TX.

He is survived by his spouse, Ronna (Kinderman) McKee (PA) , daughter Jennifer Pelton (WA),

daughter Alexis J. McKee (PA), step-son John Geist (TX) , and two step-daughters Christy

Kinderman (PA), Laney Kinderman, (PA).  He is also survived by grandchildren Robert McKee,

Alaina (Pelton) Lorenzo, Rebecca (Pelton) Brown and one great grandchild Carolina Brown.

Additional grandchildren Dalton Geist, Mia Geist and Alexandra Geist from Texas. James cared

and fostered several children during his lifetime.

He is also survived by his Brother-in-law Gary Rhodes (OH), three nieces, Patricia Chick-OH,

Christina Clark-OH, Mary Rhodes-PA, and one nephew Sean Rhodes-CA and all their children.

He was a lifelong friend to many; his contagious laugh and sense of humor brightened all our

lives.  He was a caretaker to those in need, always placing their wellbeing above his own.  In his

free time he enjoyed working on mechanical projects and spending time with his dogs.

His funeral and peaceful interment will be held this Saturday June 19, at the Allegheny Church

Cemetery, in Parker PA.   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Freedom

Service Dogs of America 7193 S. Dillion Ct.  Englewood, CO 80112
