East Palestine-

Hannelore Rose, 77, passed away May 8, 2023, at Covington Skilled Nursing in East Palestine.

Hannelore was born May 31, 1945, in Schweinfurt, Germany where she resided until she was 20, when she immigrated to the United States and moved to the area.

She was of the Lutheran Faith and worked at M&W Foundry prior to her retirement.

Hannelore is survived by two daughters, Janet (Bill) Meek, Royal Ann Matthews; four grandchildren, Victoria, Jonathan, Emma and Cody as well as four great grandchildren, Penelope, Delani, Cami and Destiney.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ingrebord Klein and her husband Terry Rose, who passed away in 1970.

No services will be observed. A private burial will be held at Sylvania Hills at a later date.
