East Palestine-

Gary B. Patterson, 88, passed away January 30, 2025, at Covington Skilled Nursing in East Palestine.

Gary was born February 26, 1936, in Chillicothe, OH, son of Archie and Donna Patterson.

He was a longtime resident of Marion, OH prior to moving to East Palestine. Gary retired from Conrail after 32 years as a mechanic. After retirement, he worked at Blackhawk Country Club as a mechanic, working on golf carts.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Dandera Patterson.

Gary was preceded in death by two sons, Jeffery and Jay Patterson.

A private service will be held at Marion Cemetery Mausoleum at a later date.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
