Frank E. Andre, Jr, 70, passed away July 7, 2026, at the Salem Regional Medical Center.

Frank was born January 10, 1956, in Salem, OH, son of the late Frank Sr. and Thelma (Townsend) Andre.

Frank enjoyed traveling, fishing, eating his favorite foods, hot dogs and pizza and spending time with his friends within the Threshold community. He worked at the Open Doors Opportunity Workshop for a number of years.

Frank is survived by a brother, Walter Andre of Salem; three sisters, Kay (Jerry) Eckman of Florida, Pearl (Larry) Davis of East Liverpool and Betty Davis of Florida as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. All other services will be private.
