East Palestine-

Elizabeth "Betty" Jean Miller, 84, passed away September 21, 2022, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Warren.

She was born January 21, 1938, in Rochester, PA, daughter of the late Herbert and Elizabeth Vaughn Kelly.

Betty was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church in East Palestine. She had worked as a box maker and packer for M&W and a cook for Meals on Wheels. Her passion was spending time with her family and raising two of her grandchildren Paul and Lee Miller.

Betty is survived by a son, Ron (Bonnie) Miller of Columbiana; two daughters, Terri (John) McDaniel of Ravenna, Charlene (Richard) Stone of Champion; brother, Herbert "Dutch" Kelly of Rogers; six grandchildren, Melanie McDaniel, Paul Miller, Chad Stone, Andrew Stone, Dalton Miller, Cody Miller and eight great grandchildren; John "J.J", Gianna, Tiffani, Brianna, Destiny, Jaxson, Grant and Archer.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Charles Miller, Jr. on March 11, 2012; a son Bill Miller as well as two grandsons, John McDaniel and Lee Miller.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor James Pavlic officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford.
