Negley, OH -

Edward L. Lipp, 63, of Negley, passed away December 26, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Lipp was born December 29, 1953 in Salem, a son of  Edna Mae Kessler Lipp and the late John S. Lipp, Sr.  He was a life-long resident of the area.

He was a member of the East Palestine Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Besides his mother of New Waterford, he is also survived by his wife, Viola Lipp; step-children, Mark and Rick Beish of Petersburg, Paul Beish of San Angelo, TX and Tammie Reinhart of Bloomsville, OH.  Other survivors include his brothers, Robert Lipp of New Middletown, John Lipp, Jr. of Connecticut, and Thomas Lipp of East Palestine; his sisters, Viola McEwen of East Palestine and Betty Gori of Leetonia.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Geraldine Dufour and Beverly Dregallo.

Services are not being observed.  Arrangements were with the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home, East Palestine.
