Eddie Wayne Hostetter, 72, passed away March 15, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman.

He was born June 26, 1952, in Salem, OH, son of the late Alvie and Ruth Randolph Hostetter.

Eddie Wayne was formerly a resident of Negley and attended East Palestine Schools. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy. Eddie recently worked for Auto Zone in Columbiana delivering parts. He enjoyed motorcycles and was founding member and president of the Sons of Steel. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Eddie Wayne is survived by his wife of 25 years, Elaine Benjamin Hostetter; six children, Eddie (Jamie) Hostetter, Jr. of East Palestine, Bill (Janette) Burford of Columbus, Jerry (Crystal) Hostetter of New Waterford, Bobbi Jo Hostetter of Wellsville, Rich (Jen) Hostetter of New Waterford and Michael Hostetter of West Virginia; brother, David Hostetter of East Palestine; two sisters, Connie (Howard) Sherrill of Columbiana and Lori (Norm) Lipp of Rogers; twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, William Hostetter.

The family will announce a celebration of life at a later date.
