Donald L. McCreary, Jr., 72, passed away September 10, 2025, at Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center.

Donald was born October 8, 1952, in Youngstown, son of the late Donald McCreary, Sr. and Dorothy Spankle McCreary.

He has been a long-time resident of Enon Valley, but formerly resided in New Waterford, where he was raised. He retired from R&J Trucking after over 20 years working as a welder and mechanic. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Donald is survived by his wife, Mary Lucas McCreary; a son, Don McCreary, III of Enon Valley; two daughters, Janey (Sam) Bister of Salem, Kim (Ben) Bonazza of Chippewa; brother, Robert McCreary of Enon Valley; two sisters, Mickie (Steve) Haviland of Enon Valley and Jodie (Gary) Huston of Bessemer; five grandchildren, Jeremie, Alayna, Anthony, Kaitlin, Zeth; one great grandson, Jamison and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry McCreary and a sister, Tammy McCreary.

The family will receive friends Tuesday September 16, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 PM at Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. No other services will be observed.
