David V. Moore, II, 48, passed away June 13, 2026, at the Cleveland VA Clinic after a long battle with service-connected Systematic Scleroderma.

David was born March 21, 1978, in Waukegan, IL.

He was a graduate of Beaver Local High School and a member of their ROTC program. Immediately following graduation, David enlisted and honorably served in the US Marine Corps, where he rose to the rank of corporal. Throughout his military career, he worked as a motor transport operator and was stationed in North Carolina, California, Missouri in most recently Okinawa, Japan. After his military service, David worked for Asplundh and Townsend Tree services. When not working, David enjoyed boating, fishing, shooting and just being outdoors.

David is survived by his wife of eight years, Jennifer (Webb) Moore; four children, Noah Sneddon, Layne Moore, Seaira Moore and Rileigh Moore; parents, David, Sr. and Katrina Moore; sister, Nikki Moore; maternal grandmother, Kathryn Andreas; a niece, Brooke; two nephews, Clayton and Kyle; a great niece, Nichole and a great nephew, Jack as well as many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Skip Andreas, paternal grandparents, William and Mary Moore and his father and mother-in-law, Gerald and Cathy Webb.

A celebration of life will be announced by the family at a later date.
