East Palestine-

Daniel L. Thompson, 66, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away unexpectedly January 23, 2023.

Danny was born September 2, 1956 in East Palestine, OH, son of the late Daniel E. and Dorothy Taucher Thompson.

He was a 1976 graduate of East Palestine High School and loved playing golf and watching Notre Dame. Danny also enjoyed helping others whenever he had the chance.

Danny is survived by his beloved wife Paula Krisa; three siblings, Mark Thompson and Nancy Shimer of East Palestine and Terry (Sherry) Thompson of Garland, TX; son, Anthony Thompson of East Palestine; daughter, Terra Thompson of East Palestine and three grandchildren, Jeffery and Jennifer Rhodes and Angela Conkle as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joe Thompson.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
