East Palestine-Baby Daniel Kyle Elliott was born sleeping on July 6, 2017, at 2:10 p.m. at Salem Regional Medical Center.

Daniel is survived by his loving mother, Andi Elliot; father, Scott Bender, Jr.; four brothers, Andrew, Kellen, and Patrick Radcliff and Michael Bender; two uncles, Jeffrey (Sylvia) Elliott and Payton Elliott; an aunt, Tiffany Styen; grandparents, Lisa Myers, James Elliott, Sonya Matturn and Scott (Debbie) Bender, Sr.; great grandparents, Margie (Harry) Crowl and Edward (Carol) Elliott.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
