East Palestine-

Cynthia K. Crawford, 64, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away unexpectedly December 13, 2021 at St. Elizabeth's Health Center in Boardman.

Cindy was born July 3, 1957 in Salem, OH, daughter of the late Webb and Betty McCowin.

She was a member of Rogers Assembly of God Church and had been employed as a Sales Coordinator for E.R. Advanced Ceramics for 43 years. Although Cindy had no biological children, she was most happy spending time with her kids and grandchildren "by heart".

Cindy is survived by her husband, William of 41 years; a son, Joe Borroni of East Palestine; daughter, Rose Borroni of East Palestine as well as many other children by heart. She also leaves a brother, Tom McCowin of Oregon; five grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dick McCowin and a granddaughter, Natalie Rose Borroni.

Following Cindy's wishes, no services will be observed.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
