East Palestine-

Carolyn M. Fulton, 76, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away August 27, 2021 at the Christian House in East Palestine, OH.

She was born March 30, 1945 in Salem, OH, daughter of the late Harry and Lucille Kissinger.

Carolyn was a member of the First Church of Christ of East Palestine. She was a former owner/operator of Fulton's Pizza Shop in East Palestine and The Ranch in New Waterford. After retirement, she loved to cook, play bingo, work puzzles, and take care of her family. In her later years, Carolyn loved long car rides with her niece Marcy Beers.

Carolyn is survived by seven grandchildren, Johnny, Jeremy and Josh Andrews, Devin, Dawn and Timmy Cusick, all of East Palestine as well as Felicia Fulton of Youngstown: 15 great grandchildren and two brothers, Robert (Joyce) Kissinger of Lisbon and Kenny (Andrea) Kissinger of East Palestine.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn "Kip" Fulton in 2007 and two daughters, Debra Fulton Cusick in 2011 and Brenda Fulton Marker in 2002 as well as her sister, Geraldine Beers.

The family will receive friends Thursday September 2, 2021 from 5-7 PM at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Friday at the funeral home with interment to follow at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford.
