Carl W. Miller, 74, passed away March 19, 2022, at his home with family by his side.

Carl was born May 10, 1947 in New Galilee, PA, son of the late Ida Miller.

He was a graduate of Northwestern High School and a proud US Army Vietnam Veteran.

He was a member of the Negley Masonic Lodge and enjoyed fishing, and spending time with grandchildren, especially at his grandsons' sporting events.

Carl is survived by his wife of 44 years, Toni Torrence Miller; two daughters, Leslie (David Nance) Lanning of Phoenix, AZ, Charlsi (Steve) Lehman of East Palestine; four grandchildren, Dakota (Esme) Lanning, Sera Lanning, Deklan Lanning and Anthony Lehman.

Following Carl's wishes a private burial will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, no other services will be observed.
