East Palestine-

Cameron J. Boots, 21, a lifelong resident of East Palestine, passed away unexpectedly June 22, 2022.

He was born September 30, 2000, in Salem, OH, son of Daniel Boots and Heather Hahn Boots.

Cameron was a 2019 graduate of East Palestine High School, where he played basketball and was an honor student. He worked as a computer maintenance tech for Gray Data in Youngstown. Cameron was also a musician and loved listening and performing music.

He is survived by his mother, Heather Hahn Boots of North Lima; father, Daniel Boots of East Palestine; maternal grandfather, Donald (Debbie Mahler) Hahn of Columbiana; maternal grandmother, Bonnie Hahn of New Waterford; paternal grandmother, Karen Flenner of East Palestine; two brothers, Austin Boots and Colson Boots of East Palestine; two uncles, Donald Hahn of Girard, Tim Fleishman of Salem; aunt, Laurel Fleishman of East Palestine; his forever love, Faith Melnick of East Palestine and his faithful cat, Touka.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harry Boots.

The family will receive friends 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, Monday June 27, 2022 at Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. All other services will be private.
