Beaver, PA

Bruce J. Griese, 66, passed away September 4, 2021, at the Heritage Beaver Valley Medical Center.

He was born August 3, 1955, in Kewaunee, WI, son of John Griese and Shirley Kwasny Brusky.

Bruce attended Holy Rosary Catholic School and Kewaunee High School. He was retired from Col-Fin Specialty Steel in Falston, PA. He enjoyed bonfires with his friends and spent most every day since retirement fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, June McLaughlin Griese; daughter, Angela Griese of Beaver Falls; stepchildren, David Spann of Jacksonville, Fl., Dwight Spann, Jr. of Lisbon; Symboline Ruben of Chesapeake, VA; four sisters, Wendy (Steve) Eslinger of Corvalis, MT, Cindy (Dan) Paschke of Kewaunee, WI, Dove (special friend Dennis) Griese of Kewaunee, WI; Melody ( special friend Chad) Lacey of Sheboygan, WI; three brothers, Keith (Debbie) Griese of Green Bay, WI, Dale (Connie) Griese of Villa Rica, GA; Brandon (Sally) Griese of Green Leaf, WI; half-sister, Tiffany (Brian) Gates of Manitowoc, WI; step sister, Samantha Avery of Green Bay, WI; mother, Shirley (Dan) Brusky of Kewaunee, WI; numerous grandchildren, including Ronald Krohne, Jesse Griese and Maxwell Griese all of Beaver Falls.

A celebration of Bruce's life will be announced at a later date.

Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
