Andy R. Anderson, 64, a lifelong resident of the area passed away January 6, 2018 at his residence.

Andy was born November 27, 1953 in Youngstown, OH, son of the late George and Elisabeth Russell Anderson. He was a graduate of Crestview High School and was employed with Tube Tech for ten years prior to his retirement. He was an avid fisherman.

His wife of 23 years, the former Virginia Fristik survives him. He is also survived by six children; Aaron Fristik of New Springfield, Chris (Tiffany) Anderson of Warrentown, VA., Ashley (Travis) Parker of New Springfield, Andrea Anderson Loveland (Nate King) of Ravenna; Jennie and Sarah Bable; three brothers, Hal (Carol) Anderson of Florida, Jerry Anderson of Columbiana and Jack Anderson of North Lima; as well as eight grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM Friday January 12, 2018 at the Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine with Pastor Travis Parker officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A private interment will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford.
